What data we process
This website has no user accounts and no contact form. We process personal data only when you contact us directly by e-mail (name, e-mail address and the content of your message — processed to handle your enquiry, legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract) and, with your consent, technical data collected by analytics cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
On your first visit we ask for consent via the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link. We use Google Consent Mode v2 — analytics and marketing storage stay disabled until you consent.

Background videos on the homepage are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not store advertising cookies before you interact with the video.
Recipients and transfers
Analytics data are processed by Google Ireland Ltd. as our processor. Data may be transferred outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
E-mail correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and for the applicable limitation periods. Analytics data are retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).
